For every visa, ETA, or travel document we process, the total cost is divided into three components:
1. Government fee
This is the mandatory official fee set by your destination’s immigration authority. It’s required for your travel document to be processed. We collect this fee and pass it on with your application for processing, so you don’t need to handle separate payments.
2. HandleVisa service fee
This is our professional service fee. It covers:
- Manual expert application review
- Proactive error correction before processing
- Document format and size support
- Friendly customer assistance
This allows us to offer the expertise, oversight, and support that government portals do not provide.
3. Optional add-on services
Depending on the destination and product, you may also choose to add:
- Priority Processing to speed up your application
- Insurance in case your trip plans change
- Embassy Registration for important alerts as you travel

We verify that all your supporting documents and photos meet official size and formatting requirements. If something’s not right, we’ll adjust it ourselves where possible, or let you know how to fix it.

After expert review, all applications are processed through our secure digital systems, designed to reduce errors and speed up processing through automated validations. Our system combines digital checks with human oversight by visa specialists. This makes our service efficient and reliable.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we provide clear, structured refund options based on the status of your application and whether you opted for our Insurance add-on.
Applications with our Insurance add-on
If you selected Insurance during checkout, you may request a refund within 120 days of purchase. This covers your:
- Government fee
- HandleVisa service fee
- Selected add-ons
The HandleVisa Insurance cost itself is non-refundable. You can request a refund for any reason, with no additional documents required. This provides extra flexibility and additional protection for your travel costs.
Applications without HandleVisa Insurance
If you didn’t select Insurance to cover your application fees, refund eligibility depends on other factors. This includes whether your application has already been submitted, how far it has progressed, and which services you selected at checkout.
✅ If your visa has been approved Once your travel document has been issued, government fees are typically non-refundable, as they have already been paid to the issuing authority. In most cases, our service has also been fully delivered at that point, so refunds are not typically available after approval.
❌ If your visa has been rejected If your application is denied, we provide a 100% refund, whatever the reason for the rejection. This includes the government fee, HandleVisa service fee, and any additional services purchased with your order. This policy ensures all applications made with us are risk-free.
Refunds for additional services Refunds for optional add-ons, including Priority Processing, Insurance, and Embassy Registration, depend on whether the service has already been delivered or activated. If you opt for Priority Processing and we’re unable to deliver your travel document in the time specified, you’re eligible for a refund of this add-on.
